The processing time for orders is 2-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Once packages leave our facility we are no longer responsible for your products. You must track your package through the USPS website or customer service number 1-800-275-8777 using your tracking number found in the shipment email. If your package is NOT received you may contact USPS using your tracking number to locate your package. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, nor stolen merchandise during transmittal or after delivery.
Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Sale items are non-refundable. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. No exchanges - If an item is accepted for return a new item may be purchased from the online store.
